Introduction

Thank you for your interest in West Cannon Preschool. Our goal is to provide your child with a positive early childhood education in a Christian environment.

Our curriculum includes kindergarten readiness skills, prayer, Bible stories and songs along with a wide range of activities to help your child develop mentally, socially, physically, and spiritually.

We consider Preschool an extension of home based learning and a partnership between the teachers and the parents for the benefit of the child.

Dear Preschool Family,

Thank you for the privileged opportunity to have a part in your child and family's life. We see children as a precious gift from God and parenting as a monumental task. Our desire is to assist you in your child's development process by building on the academic, social, physical, and spiritual foundations that you are already laying at home. Our goal is to assist, not replace, you as you 'train up a child in the way he/she should go' (Proverbs 22:6).

I'm thrilled with the teachers and support staff we have in place. I have known them all personally for many years and have absolute confidence in their ability, their love for children, and their character. As the father of six children and the pastor of hundreds of children, I want you to know that a high priority for our preschool is excellence in every aspect of education and development carried out in loving patience. If you ever have a question or concern about the preschool please feel free to call me.
