Preschool Staff

West Cannon Preschool has an experienced, highly qualified, and loving staff. Our director and teachers are committed to helping our children master new skills and to reinforce and continue the teaching of God's love.

	Melissa Kent Melissa Kent is our Director/Lead Teacher and holds a degree in Child Development from Grand Rapids Community College. We are truly blessed to benefit from Melissa's education, experience, love of children and teaching here at West Cannon Preschool. She teaches the Monday, Wednesday, and Friday four-year-old class.
	Janice Couch Our teacher for the three-year-old Tuesday and Thursday class is Janice Couch. She holds a degree from Grand Rapids Baptist College (now Cornerstone University) and brings a lot of experience to the classroom, as she ran her own daycare/preschool in her home for many years. You will always find plenty of hugs, smiles, and words of encouragement from Mrs. Couch.
	Jackie Loveless Jackie Loveless is our Assistant Teacher for both classes. She has 21 years experience working with preschoolers. Jackie assists in all aspects of the children's preschool experience and joyfully shows our children love and patience as they grow and learn.
