Women's Ministry
The Women's Ministry of West Cannon Baptist Church seeks to nurture women
in their relationships with God and one another, to help women develop their
unique abilities and gifts, and to equip them to better love and serve their
familes, communities, church, and the world for the glory of God. Click

Blessing Buddies

Encourage a secret friend throughout the year with prayer, notes, small gifts, etc.

Childcare
| |
Our children need loving care while their moms participate in the morning Bible Study or MOPS. Please consider sharing your time and heart with our children.
Bible Study — Tuesdays
MOPS — Every other Thursday

Game & amp; Craft Nights
| |
Begins at 6 PM until whenever! A night of fun, playing games or working on your own projects. Join a group of women for a great night of fun, working on your project here at church. Bring a snack and beverage to share.

Ladies' Night Out
| |
A time of fun, activity, and challenge for women only. Bring your own dinner and enjoy a night out! The cost is $2 per person. Bring your friends and neighbors!

Far Above Rubies
| |
Based upon the Proverbs 31 woman, this ministry includes tips on grocery shopping, economical meal planning, housecleaning, organization, and much, much more! Lots of fun and games — all women are welcome. Meets Thursday evenings, February 2 through March 22, if there is enough interest.

Hospitality
| |
This is an opportunity for all women members of West Cannon to demonstrate hospitality — providing meals, funeral luncheons, baby showers, and weddings showers.

MOPS — Mothers of Preschoolers
| |
Celebrating motherhood, meeting needs, making connections, and experiencing God's love... through relationships and resources. For moms with children, ages infant through kindergarten; MOPS meets about every other Thursday, September 22, 2011 through April 12, 2012, from 9-11:30 AM. Prayer Partners
| |
We welcome all women from West Cannon to meet together for one hour the first Monday evening of each month to pray
for Women's Ministries.

Women's Bible Studies
| |
Women are invited to attend one of our Bible study groups. Childcare is provided on Tuesday mornings and Wednesday nights.
Fall Study
Fundamentals of the Faith by John McArthur ($6.50) or Seeking Him: Experiencing the Joy of Personal Revival by Nancy Leigh DeMoss & Tim Grissom ($12) begins the week of September 12.
