Church family, we want to make you aware of an upcoming road closure that may affect your drive to West Cannon for Sunday services and weekday programs.

Beginning around 7:00 PM Friday, September 25, Northland Drive will be completely closed between Cannonsburg Road/West River Drive and Belding Road. The road is expected to reopen before the morning commute on Monday, October 5. The closure is necessary for crews to install a new pedestrian tunnel beneath Northland Drive.

This means the closure will affect travel for Sunday, September 27 and Sunday, October 4, as well as programs and activities during the week. West Cannon will remain open and accessible, but some of you will need to take a different route.

If you normally come from the north on Northland Drive, the official detour will take you Belding Road → Myers Lake Avenue → Cannonsburg Road. The intersection of Rogue River Road/7 Mile Road and Northland Drive will remain open for east-west traffic only.
There is also ongoing construction along Pettis Avenue and Cannonsburg Road, so those coming from the Ada/Pettis area should plan for possible delays.
